All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Cost

Shipping is included in the displayed price. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees at checkout.

3. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Cyprus via international postal service.

4. Shipping Time

  • Processing time: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation
  • Delivery time: 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after shipment

Please note: Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (December-January), or due to international circumstances, severe weather, or flight delays. If your order has not arrived within one month after shipment, please contact us immediately.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website using this tracking number.

6. Shipping Carrier

We use international postal services for all deliveries.

7. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. However, we currently do not ship to the following areas:

  • All South American countries
  • Ukraine
  • North Korea

If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Important: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may apply in their country or region.

If Customs Duties Are Not Paid:

  • Product returned to us: We will refund the purchase price minus a US$10 handling fee
  • Product destroyed by customs: No refund will be issued

We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations and potential customs charges before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs or issues.

9. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within one month after shipment, please contact us at info@vitahairwomen.com. We will:

  1. Check the shipping status with the carrier
  2. Submit an investigation request to the local postal service
  3. Work with you to resolve the issue

10. Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be treated as a customer-initiated return, and a US$10 handling fee will apply for reshipping or refund.
