We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it at any time. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are generally not accepted. However, you may return the product under the conditions outlined below.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you wish to return a product that has already been shipped, you may do so provided the product is unused and unopened. A return shipping fee of US$10 will be deducted from your refund.

Customer-initiated returns include the following situations:

  • The product was returned to us because you were not available to receive it
  • The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, and the product was returned to us
  • You did not pay the required customs duties, and the product was returned to us
  • You changed your mind after placing the order
  • You made a mistake when ordering
  • You opened or used the product and are not satisfied with it (returns not accepted for opened/used products)

Refund amount: Purchase price minus US$10 return handling fee.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Please note: Due to the nature of international shipping, minor damage to the outer packaging (such as scratches or dents) does not qualify for a return or exchange. If the capsules themselves are undamaged, the product is not eligible for return.

Our responsibility: When the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will cover all return shipping costs.

4. Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within one month after shipment, please contact us immediately. We will:

  1. Check the shipping status with the carrier
  2. Submit an investigation request to the local postal service
  3. Based on the investigation results, offer you a replacement shipment or a full refund, according to your preference

Important: If the product was returned or destroyed by customs due to non-payment of duties, we cannot issue a refund.

5. Reshipment

If you were unable to receive your order due to an incorrect shipping address, extended absence, or other customer-related reasons, a reshipment fee of US$10 will apply.

If the reshipment is required due to our shipping error, we will cover all reshipment costs.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided (if applicable)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days

7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item or confirm your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

9. Important Notes on Customs and Duties

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. If you refuse to pay these charges and the product is returned to us or destroyed by customs, we cannot issue a refund.

Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges or issues.
